Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• D365 Data Engineer with strong SQL expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and SQL Development.
• Build and manage data solutions using sql
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Development

• good to have Power BI and analytics reporting knowledge.

• Focuses on data extraction, transformation, integration, and optimization to enable reporting, analytics, and downstream system integrations

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across environments.

• Support reporting and analytics use cases.

• Support UAT, deployments, and production data issues.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 data structures (Finance & Operations or CE).

• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server

• Experience with ETL/ELT and data integration patterns.

• Solid understanding of relational data modeling and dimensional models.

• Hands-on experience with Data verse and D365 entities.

• Preferred Skills: SQL, Power BI (data modeling, performance optimization), Familiarity with data governance and security concepts.

• Strong experience in designing and implementing data integration workflows and ETL processes.

• Ability to optimize and troubleshoot complex data pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability.

• Familiarity with database concepts, data warehousing, and relational database management systems.

• Experience in working with various data sources and formats to facilitate seamless data movement and transformation.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with development and operations teams to support deployment and maintenance activities.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
