Project Role: Deployment Lead
Project Role Description: Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
Design, configure, and deliver enterprise SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (CO) solutions by combining strong finance and controlling domain expertise with AI assisted delivery and integration practices. The role focuses on accelerating implementations, improving financial insight quality, and embedding pre built AI and analytics capabilities into management accounting processes—without building or training AI models.
Core Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Management Accounting Delivery
- Design and implement SAP S/4HANA CO solutions covering cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, profitability analysis, margin analysis, and management reporting.
- Translate finance and business requirements into scalable CO configurations and end to end processes.
- Support full lifecycle delivery including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and post go live support.
- AI Assisted Delivery & Productivity
- Use AI copilots and GenAI tools to accelerate requirement analysis, functional design, configuration validation, documentation, test case creation, and defect resolution.
- Apply AI assisted techniques to identify cost anomalies, margin drivers, and process inefficiencies.
- Leverage pre built AI and analytics capabilities within SAP (e.g., insights, automation, predictive signals where available) to enhance decision making.
- Integration & Financial Enablement
- Integrate SAP CO with SAP S/4HANA Finance, logistics modules, and enterprise systems using standard integration patterns.
- Collaborate with finance, analytics, and IT teams to ensure accurate, auditable, and compliant financial data flows.
- Understand AI concepts such as intelligent insights, forecasting support, and automation at an applied level, without owning model design.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with finance leaders, controllers, and business stakeholders to align CO solutions with management reporting and performance objectives.
- Communicate complex financial and system concepts clearly to non technical audiences.
- Act as a bridge between finance teams and AI native specialists when advanced AI capabilities are required.
- Quality, Governance & Adoption
- Ensure adherence to enterprise SDLC, financial controls, compliance, security, and responsible AI guidelines.
- Support change management, user enablement, and adoption across finance and controlling teams.
- Drive continuous improvement using feedback, analytics, and AI enabled accelerators.
- Primary Skills (Must Have)
- SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (CO) expertise.
- Strong understanding of costing, profitability, and financial controlling processes.
