Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that support organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
• Document and communicate process designs and improvements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process architecture principles.
• Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and increased efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS).
• Strong analytical skills to assess and model complex business processes effectively.
• Experience in creating detailed process documentation and business requirement specifications.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather and validate business needs.
• Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
