In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves managing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes overseeing the configuration processes, managing system integrations, and coordinating release activities. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solutions remain stable, perform efficiently, and comply with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various teams to align technical efforts with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead efforts to optimize platform performance and reliability.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service,
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of platform configuration and integration techniques.
• Ability to establish and enforce platform standards for stability and performance.
• Familiarity with release management processes and tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
