  What would you do? As a Level 7 Analytics & Modelling Manager, you will be a trusted advisor for leadership and enable them with business insights and AI-powered solutions to drive profitable sales growth. You will bring together data science expertise, GenAI capabilities, and customer engagement to deliver end-to-end analytical products.
  What are we looking for? • Strong Python proficiency — including data manipulation (pandas, numpy), ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, Py Torch or Tensor Flow), and API/pipeline development.

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents and multi-agent systems

• Working knowledge of Generative AI — including LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning techniques.

• Cloud platform experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP: Vertex AI, Big Query, Cloud Run), with equivalent experience on AWS or Azure also accepted.

• Experience with MLOps practices

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level communication.

• Proficiency with business analytics and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  Roles and Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and productionise machine learning models and GenAI-powered solutions that solve real business problems at scale.

• Architect and deploy AI agents and agentic pipelines that automate analytical workflows and surface actionable intelligence.

• Partner with Sales Excellence and internal clients to confirm business priorities, define success criteria, translate requirements into modelling briefs, and measure outcomes.

• Engage directly and independently with customers to understand their business challenges, frame analytical problem statements, and present solution approaches and results.

• Help evolve Sales Excellence tools and champion the use of advanced analytics and AI capabilities by leadership and account teams.

• Manage the full model lifecycle — from development and validation through to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in cloud environments.
