  • What would you do?

  • Lead end-to-end operational processes for retirement plan services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

  • Manage NIGO (Not In Good Order) processing and ensure timely resolution of data discrepancies.

  • Supervise QDRO (Qualified Domestic Relations Order) processing in alignment with ERISA and IRS guidelines.

  • Drive Compliance Testing (ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 410(b), 401(a)(4)) and ensure regulatory adherence.

  • Collaborate with Client Services to deliver exceptional onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing support.

  • Monitor and execute Data Corrections and reconciliation tasks across platforms.

  • Liaise with Regulatory Services to stay ahead of legislative changes and ensure operational alignment.

  • Provide oversight for group document issuance, including SPDs, Adoption Agreements, and group contracts for DB/DC plans, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and regu

  • Govern the document lifecycle and digital delivery process, ensuring adherence to issuance procedures, system controls, and vendor protocols.

  • Oversee quality reviews and stakeholder coordination for group annuity contracts and certificates to meet regulatory and business requirements.

  • Oversee employer record setup and maintenance, including plan enrollment in core systems, employer-level updates, year-end resets, and file adjustments to ensure ongoing data accuracy.

  • Ensure alignment between plan documents and system records, directing cross-team remediation efforts and validating complex plan provisions, special enrollments, and fee structures.

  • Govern plan documentation and re-plan activities, including creation and reissuance of plan documents (SPDs, SMMs, IRS letters), bulk plan updates, audit support (Form 5500), and maintenance of procedural documentatio

  • Provide leadership and governance for Document Services and Group Pension Underwriting, overseeing issuance of Group Annuity Contracts, Certificates, Riders, and SPDs, and ensuring compliance with pension and state regulations through coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Actuarial teams.

  • Provide leadership and oversight for individual document issuance, including Traditional Life and Individual Annuity contracts (IRAs, ROTHs, FPAs), ensuring accurate processing through enrollment systems and compliance with regulatory and business standards.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

  • Mentor and manage a team of analysts and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.What are we looking for? • 10+ years of functional expertise in U.S. retirement plans, including both Defined Contribution (DC) and Defined Benefit (DB) schemes. Proven ability to manage end-to-end plan and participant level service delivery, lead high-performing teams, and drive operational improvements.

  • 5+ years’ experience in the US retirement domain covering Client Services, Compliance Testing, Regulatory Services, Data Corrections, QDRO, Individual Product Support, Group & Individual Document Issuance process and services, Employer Records Management, Doc Services, Group Pension and Underwriting and NIGO processing.

  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance testing /reporting and regulatory frameworks, including ERISA, IRS, and Department of Labor (DOL) guidelines.

  • Subject Matter Expert/ Trainer with experience in managing team in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, and developing action plans to improve quality performance.

  • Mandatory experience in 401(k) and/or 403(b) plan administration, including day-to-day operations, compliance, and client servicing.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; voice support experience required

  • Project Management Certification – Preferred Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
