Summary:

As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process from initial planning through to execution. This role requires coordinating multiple teams to ensure that data is transferred accurately and completely, while managing potential risks and implementing controls to maintain data integrity. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate a seamless transition to the target system, ensuring that all aspects of the migration are aligned with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize data migration processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor progress and performance metrics to ensure project milestones are met.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Building Tool.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data quality and identify potential issues during migration.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project workflows.
• Ability to design and enforce data migration controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during data transfer.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Building Tool.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
