Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The individual acts as the main liaison for the project, overseeing progress, addressing challenges, and guiding the team towards successful delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of application design and development activities.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns.
• Experience in integrating complex systems and ensuring scalability and performance.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues across multiple platforms.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Excellent understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment strategies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
