What would you do?

Own end-to-end payroll and plan lifecycle delivery, including new plan setup, amendments, onboarding, maintenance, conversions/de-conversions, file feeds, API setup, and plan provision mapping—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

Lead exception management and risk control, with clear ownership of exception queues, root-cause analysis, crisis handling, IP whitelisting governance, data corrections, and closure activities to minimize operational and client impact.

Drive stakeholder and client excellence, proactively managing communications, prioritizing bulk and individual requests, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring SLA adherence and continuous process improvement.

Lead end-to-end DB & DC deconversion and plan termination projects, including project intake, Salesforce-based project planning, audit support (DB), and coordination of asset

Own data mapping, validation, and fund alignment, ensuring accurate translation of participant, payroll, balance, and plan data; conducting pre-conversion audits, bulk loads into OMNI, QA validation, fund mapping, and verification of all balances and sources prior to wire execution.

Drive governance, risk control, and stakeholder alignment, providing status reporting, trend analysis, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination with sales, underwriting, recordkeeping, and operations to ensure compliant, error-free conversions.

Own data integrity and reconciliation across the deconversion lifecycle, managing census, contributions, beneficiaries, loans, vesting, assets, and liabilities, and ensuring accurate final reconciliation in partnership with plan sponsors, TPAs, payroll providers, and internal teams.

Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication, reviewing project plans with client and external partners, proactively managing inbox and requests, and providing regular status reporting on milestones, risks, mitigations, and action items.

Deliver consultative guidance on retirement services best practices, ensuring accurate setup of plan design, eligibility, pricing impacts, data exchanges, contracts, and transaction processing.

Partner closely with relationship management, account management, and internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and sustained operational stability.

Mentor and manage a team of analysts and specialists, promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.What are we looking for? • 10+ years of functional expertise in U.S. retirement plans, including both Defined Contribution (DC) and Defined Benefit (DB) schemes. Proven ability to manage end-to-end plan and participant level service delivery, lead high-performing teams, and drive operational improvements.

In-depth experience in payroll migration and integration cycles, including:

Conversion: onboarding and setup of new plans.
- Deconversion: termination and transition of existing contracts or plans.

Hands-on expertise in plan setup and configuration, including:
-
Interpreting plan documents and translating provisions into system logic.
- Validating eligibility, contribution formulas, vesting schedules, and distribution rules.
- Troubleshooting chronic setup errors and performing root cause analysis.

Hands on with developing process documentation (SOP), capturing exceptions, process flow, process maps and NIGO rules
-
Subject Matter Expert/ Trainer with 2+ years of experience in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, and developing action plans to improve quality performance.

Mandatory experience in 401(k) and/or 403(b) plan administration, including day-to-day operations, compliance, and client servicing.
