Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing lifecycle by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure precision and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and overseeing the implementation of intelligent automation solutions that elevate the quality and integrity of deliverables across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of best practices in test automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools and continuous integration systems.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective testing strategies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving automation-related issues.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
