The Work
As an SAP HCM Employee Central/Benefits Senior Analyst**, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM Employee Central and Benefits solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their HR and benefits requirements, configure SAP solutions to meet their needs, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, benefits administration, and SAP HCM Employee Central capabilities to deliver innovative and impactful solutions aligned with Accenture’s commitment to excellence.**
Key Responsibilities:

SAP Employee Central Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP HCM Employee Central solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.

Benefits Administration: Configure and manage SAP HCM Benefits solutions, including health, retirement, and other employee benefit programs.

Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to gather and analyze HR and benefits requirements, providing recommendations to optimize processes and enhance employee experience.

Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Employee Central and Benefits with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management) and third-party systems.

Compliance and Governance: Ensure solutions comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies related to employee data and benefits.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the solution.

Experience:
2+ years of experience in SAP HCM Employee Central and Benefits implementation, configuration, and support.

Proven track record of delivering SAP HCM solutions in complex, multi-country environments.

Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP Employee Central, including data models, workflows, and business rules.

Experience with SAP Benefits configuration, including health, retirement, and other employee benefits programs.

Familiarity with integration between SAP Employee Central and other modules like Payroll and Time Management.
