WORK SETUP: Hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of moderate to complex projects from original concept through completion
- Defines project scope, develops schedules and budget, and identifies resource requirements, deliverables and timeframes for completion
- Acts as the single point of contact for its team and coordinates activities with internal/external groups
- Manages multiple concurrent projects and coordinates activities of several project teams
- Develop reports, analytics, and assessment tools to evaluate performance and improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for raising and maintaining awareness of all project issues and risks and working with appropriate personnel to develop solutions.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Drive continuous process improvement in assigned areas of the business.
- Plan, manage and lead a one or more workstream / collateral using the established PMO approach
- Analyzes effectiveness and recommends improvements related to the assigned workstream / collateral
- Effectively and proactively communicates changes, enhancements or modifications and provides recommendations to the existing process to key stakeholders verbally and/or through email
- Ensures that PMO identify as the subject matter expert for the assigned workstream / collateral is established and followed
- Manage internal/external client relationship within their area of responsibility

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Standard Project Management Profile
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Project Management
- At least 3 years supervisory experience
- No domain; Open to any industry
