Project Role Description: Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to evolving project requirements will be key components of your role, ensuring that you contribute effectively to the team's success and the overall project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain and monitor application health to ensure high availability and performance.
• Keep Lights On (KLO): Proactively manage day-to-day operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Upgrades & Patching: Plan and execute application upgrades and patching activities.
• Vulnerability Remediation: Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure
• Documentation: Assist in documenting application processes and workflows

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development, Amazon Web Services (AWS), JavaScript, GitHub.
• Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with database management and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and secure configuration practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development practices.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and user experience best practices.
• Hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK/Open Search).
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or similar.
• Good to Have
• CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS Code Pipeline/Code Build).
• Containerization (Docker; Kubernetes/EKS) and image management.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
• Experience with security tooling (e.g., AWS Inspector, Guard Duty, Snyk) and Dev Sec Ops practices.
• Exposure to observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, Open Telemetry).
