Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyze system performance, and ensure the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage in discussions to enhance system reliability and contribute to the overall efficiency of the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application performance.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages for automation tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
