Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure greater control, precision, and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that anticipate and address potential challenges, thereby elevating the quality standards across projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of best practices in test automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with overall project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Service Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing strategies.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive process improvements and innovation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Now IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
