Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OMP Plus.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software systems.
• Ability to lead and guide development teams through complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with code quality assurance techniques and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OMP Plus.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
