Summary:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Architect, you will engage in the design of scalable, secure, and cost-efficient Software as a Service solutions that align with the overarching enterprise architecture. Your typical day will involve applying SaaS principles, such as multi-tenancy and modularity, while defining customization limits and guiding platform use to ensure optimal performance and maintainability. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the solutions meet both technical and business requirements, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team capabilities.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and design principles.
• Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to Oracle Applications Development.
• Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
