Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions developed are effective and efficient. The workday is dynamic, balancing technical development with problem-solving and continuous refinement of applications to support evolving business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Document design specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP Sales and Distribution modules to meet business needs.
• Experience in integrating SAP SD with other enterprise systems and modules.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within SAP environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in application development.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing SAP SD applications for enhanced performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
