As an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving healthcare transformation projects, working closely with global teams, clients, and technology experts.

You will:

• Lead analysis and documentation of current and future-state business workflows
• Design and optimize billing processes within Epic Resolute
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and cross-functional teams
• Support testing cycles (UAT, performance, and product testing)
• Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams
• Contribute to system implementation, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations
