Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems and delivering timely solutions to ensure smooth system operations. The position demands continuous monitoring and collaboration with different teams to maintain system reliability and support business continuity in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
• Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
• Assist in documenting issues and resolutions to enhance team knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and resolution of system challenges.
• Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software support processes and incident management.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
