• Responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance process efficiency across departments.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Objects Data Services.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
• Experience in designing and implementing process monitoring and feedback systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for complex workflow challenges.
• Strong communication skills to articulate process improvements and facilitate stakeholder engagement.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Business Objects Data Services.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
