Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary:

As a Scrum Master, your day revolves around enabling the smooth operation of a software development team by fostering an Agile environment. You guide the team through various Agile ceremonies, ensuring that meetings such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives are productive and focused. You actively work to identify and eliminate obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, while continuously supporting and mentoring team members to maintain momentum. Monitoring and communicating progress through relevant metrics is a key part of your role, helping to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the development cycle.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and adapting processes to enhance team efficiency and delivery.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now Performance Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint cycles.
• Ability to identify and resolve impediments that affect team productivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Capability to track and report project progress using relevant metrics and tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Now Performance Analytics.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
