Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effective and align with project goals. Additionally, you will participate in meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges that arise, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
• Experience with front-end build tools and version control systems.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in React.js.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
