THE WORK:

• Work closely with our Clients supporting them in requirements discovery & gathering

• Help our Clients to transform requirements into the best in class solution with harmonized & innovative business models

• Play a key role in coordinating and managing Business and Digital Transformation projects

• Support our Clients in generating business value from digital solutions powered by SAP

• Enable Aerospace & Defense Clients transformation into Intelligent Enterprise powered by latest digital and analytics solutions

• Work in multi-disciplinary teams locally and remotely

• Support efforts of the practice leadership as well as the global sales team to identify and win opportunities in Aerospace & Defense accounts

• Help build and grow the Aerospace & Defense Practice within Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe

• Experience in Aerospace & Defense Industry is a plus

• A minimum of 2 years' of past experience in ERP systems implementation (i.e.: SAP/S4) including solution roadmap development, process design, testing, project management, data management

• Alternatively at least 3 years’ experience as end user in Sales & Distribution, Finance, Extended Warehouse Management, Plant maintenance, Production Planning, and Procurement in Aerospace & Defense Industry specific ERP solutions

• Business process knowledge in at least one of the following end to end processes: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Plant maintenance (PM), Forecast to Fullfill (F2F) Order to Fullfill (OTF)

• Interested in management consulting work related to Digital Transformation like:

business process designs

• data harmonization, standardization, and consolidation

• user requirements gathering & discovery

• test management and test automation

• Great knowledge of English on a consulting level (other foreign language would be an advantage, especially French and/or German)

• Good communication skills and very good team player
