Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. You will also engage in decision-making processes that impact the overall efficiency of the services provided.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to operational processes and procedures.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Network Engineering.
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Architecture and Design.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions.
• Familiarity with network security practices and tools.
• Ability to work with network monitoring and management tools.
