Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Summary:
Design, configure, and deliver enterprise SAP Concur solutions by combining strong travel, expense, and invoice management domain expertise with AI assisted delivery and integration practices. The role focuses on accelerating implementation and rollout, improving compliance and user experience, and embedding pre built AI and automation capabilities into spend management processes—without building or training AI models.
Core Responsibilities:
Enterprise Spend Management Delivery:
Design, configure, and implement SAP Concur solutions for travel, expense, and invoice management.
Translate finance, procurement, and business requirements into scalable Concur configurations and workflows.
Support end to end delivery including enhancements, deployments, upgrades, and production support.
AI Assisted Delivery & Productivity:
Use AI copilots and GenAI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, configuration validation, documentation, testing, and defect resolution.
Apply AI assisted techniques to identify policy deviations, expense anomalies, and process inefficiencies.
Leverage pre built AI capabilities within SAP Concur and adjacent platforms (e.g., intelligent auditing, automation, insights).
Integration & Data Enablement:
Integrate SAP Concur with ERP, finance, payroll, and other enterprise systems using standard integration patterns.
Collaborate with finance, IT, and analytics teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and auditable spend data.
Understand AI concepts such as intelligent audit, automation, and recommendations at an applied level, without owning model design.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with finance, procurement, and business stakeholders to align solutions with policy and compliance objectives.
Communicate complex spend and system concepts clearly to non technical users and leaders.
Act as a bridge between functional teams and AI native specialists when advanced AI capabilities are needed.
Quality, Governance & Adoption
Ensure adherence to enterprise SDLC, financial controls, security, and responsible AI guidelines.
Support deployment, change management, and user adoption through training and enablement.
Drive continuous improvement using feedback, metrics, and AI enabled accelerators.
Primary Skills (Must Have)
SAP Concur configuration and delivery expertise (Travel, Expense, Invoice, or combinations).
Strong understanding of finance, expense, and compliance processes.
Experience using AI assisted tools or copilots for delivery, analysis, or documentation.
Ability to align spend management solutions with business efficiency and compliance outcomes.
Secondary / Good to Have Skills:
Experience with ERP or finance system integrations.
Exposure to analytics, reporting, or audit processes related to spend management.
Familiarity with change management and global rollouts.
Working knowledge of automation or intelligent insights in finance operations.
What This Role Does Not Require:
No training or fine tuning of AI/ML models.
No ownership of AI architectures or MLOps pipelines.
Focus remains on integration, adoption, and productivity uplift, not AI engineering or research.
