In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the product and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the solution remains robust and scalable.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency.
• Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development, .NET Architecture.
• Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within packaged or cloud-based environments.
• Expertise in managing software release cycles, including configuration management and integration processes.
• Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that ensure high availability and performance.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges and drive innovation.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
