How you will make an impact

The Embedded Software Engineer is responsible for:

• Acting as the technical leader responsible for the Yocto-based Linux platform architecture, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability across embedded products.
• Leading, owning, and evolving the embedded Linux platform architecture.
• Driving BSP integration, kernel strategy, and bootloader design.
• Optimizing system performance, boot time, footprint, and overall reliability.
• Serving as the technical interface to silicon vendors and external partners.

What you need to succeed:

Must Have:

• 4+ years of Embedded Linux experience
• Extensive embedded Linux experience, includig Yocto
• Linux kernel, U‑Boot, Device Tree
• C/C++, shell scripting, system performance optimization

Platform debugging, root cause analysis, and technical leadership

Nice to Have:

• Multi‑product or multi‑SoC platform ownership
• Security hardening and update strategies
• Contributions to open‑source or Yocto/AOSP projects
• Experience in automotive, industrial, or safety‑critical systems
