Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:

As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the creation and design of sophisticated solutions that span multiple service areas and transformational initiatives. This role requires orchestrating the integration of various components and resources to deliver comprehensive and cohesive solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the client organization. The position demands continuous collaboration with diverse teams to ensure that the solutions developed maximize value and meet the evolving needs of both the client and the organization. The architect plays a pivotal role in steering the direction of complex projects and ensuring seamless execution across different domains.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance solution design and delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Operations Management.
• Experience in designing and implementing integrated IT operations solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Service Now IT Operations Management.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
