What you’ll do

As a Senior Manager in our SAP Technology practice, you will:

• Lead S/4HANA-based sourcing and procurement transformations for clients across industries.
• Deliver modern, efficient solutions with short time-to-market.
• Collaborate with strategists and technology experts on consulting missions and transformation strategies.
• Drive innovation topics and strategic initiatives within Accenture.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage complex transformation programs.
• Mentor consultants and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

What we’re looking for

Education

• Master’s degree from a leading university or business school.

Experience

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Procurement (MM, Ariba, Fieldglass).
• Led at least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven delivery of SAP ECC or S/4HANA projects.

Skills

• Strong command of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory and vendor management, subcontracting, and material valuation.
• Integration knowledge with FI, SD, PP, WM, QM.
• SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement certification is a strong plus.
• Deep industry knowledge in sectors such as energy, public services, retail, manufacturing, etc.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Leadership

• Strong stakeholder engagement and business relationship management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, self-starting attitude.

Bonus points

• Passion for innovation and emerging SAP technologies.
• Experience in agile delivery environments.
