Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced tools and methodologies that ensure precision and reliability. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies to foster predictive and intelligent approaches, thereby elevating the quality and integrity of deliverables across projects. Collaboration and continuous improvement are central to the daily activities, ensuring that testing processes remain robust and aligned with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and foster a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop automated test scripts to ensure quality.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and software development lifecycle processes.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automated test execution.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
