Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and expectations. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the project forward while maintaining clear communication with all involved parties. The engineer acts as the central figure in managing the technical aspects and aligning the team s efforts towards successful delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database management.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
