What we’re looking forward to...

• previous experience as a Service Now developer (at least 3 years of experience)

• Service Now certifications

• experience with other ITSM software (e.g. BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, Heat, Axios, HP, etc.)

• system integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP (nice to have)
