Summary:

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and enhancing the overall reputation of the organization through thought leadership and trusted advisory. The position demands a proactive approach to bringing emerging ideas to fruition, collaborating across teams, and ensuring that delivery engagements reflect cutting-edge methodologies and strategic insights.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement innovative delivery practices that improve project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate relevant advancements into delivery strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors People Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and implementing technology-driven business process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Familiarity with data integration and reporting tools related to SAP Success Factors.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Success Factors People Analytics.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
