Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while managing project timelines and deliverables. The position serves as the main liaison for application-related activities, overseeing the integration and deployment processes, and ensuring seamless functionality throughout the software lifecycle. Continuous collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily routine to drive project success and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
• Good To Have Skills: Data Governance.
• Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions.
• Ability to design scalable and secure data architectures.
• Familiarity with data integration and migration techniques within cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to application deployment and configuration.
