Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Now Developers to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various exciting projects, collaborate with a diverse team of experts, and access top-notch Service Now training programs to further enhance your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Service Now applications, modules, and integrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and implement Service Now solutions in alignment with industry best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Service Now applications and integrations.

• Stay up-to-date with Service Now releases and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in Service Now development including experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Service Now scripting languages.

• Experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM is a plus.

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred but not required.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
