THE WORK:
Join us to work as SAP Maintenance & Service Process Consultant and be the part of Industry Equipment transformation and implementation projects for industrial clients. Help companies to plan, execute, and optimize maintenance of equipment and technical assets in SAP, ensuring that machines are maintained efficiently, downtime is minimized, and therefore maintenance costs are controlled.
You will work in a dynamic project environment supporting end-to-end maintenance and service lifecycle processes in SAP. Empower with your hands-on experience the maintenance and repair process design and execution. Your familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance Modul will help local teams to tailor best practice solutions and manage smart continuous improvement process and knowledge sharing.
In your daily work, you will:

Propose improvements for SAP PM Maintenance and Service Processes

Deliver know-how from your practical knowledge of: maintenance notifications, maintenance and service orders, inspection and repair proces

Help to configure maintenance order types and maintenance plans
-
Support service logistics processes and integration with spare parts (MM) and warehouse (EWM)
-
Analyze and troubleshoot maintenance process flows and system issues
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, EWM) by using your experience for proper end-to-end process alignment across different modules.

Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree or technical equivalent (Engineer)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working for industrial clients

Functional knowledge of SAP MM, SD, EWM in the area of Maintenance and Service

Understanding dependencies, e.g. BOM and Serialization is a plus.

Relevant knowledge from any other Equipment-heavy industry is a big plus.

Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, GPT)

Practical knowledge of project management methodology (waterfall and/or agile and/or scrum)

Excellent communication skills in English is a must. Other languages: German, French is a plus

MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Jira and Confluence proficiency are welcome
