In this role, you will support consulting engagements focused on improving performance and quality across research and development functions. You will work with client teams to analyze current ways of working, design pragmatic solutions, and help drive adoption through clear plans and stakeholder engagement.

THE WORK:
Design and implement solutions in marketing, R&D, supply chain, and product lifecycle management for top global Life Sciences and Medical Technology companies.
Help clients reimagine their commercial strategies to scale customer-relevant engagements and achieve disruptive growth.
Support clients in a digital transformation of their key capabilities, embracing challenges as opportunities.
Help our clients innovate and grow in biomarkers, in-vitro diagnostics, lab technology, interventional medicine, biomedical engineering, and medical devices, driven by challenges.

Support commercial strategy engagements including segmentation, positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market planning.
Conduct market and competitor analyses using public sources and client data to generate clear, decision-ready insights.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Master's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
At least two years of experience in consulting or in a Life Sciences organization in sales, marketing, brand management, commercial excellence, or related areas.
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to convert data into insights and recommendations.
Very good English communication skills (written and spoken).
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
