Leadership & Strategic Responsibilities:

Technical Roadmap: Define and manage Security architect both User and role Lifecycle
Team Management: Mentor and lead a team of Security consultants (Junior/Mid-level), assigning tasks and conducting technical reviews of their work.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary SME (technical point of contact) for Project Managers and Functional Leads, translating technical constraints into project impact.
Risk & Quality Management: Manage the Quliaty of deliverable in each stage of the project.
Workstream Leadership
Lead the SAP security workstream for the implementation project.
Act as the primary security point of contact for the program.
Plan, monitor, and report on security deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Provide guidance and review work performed by junior and intermediate security consultants.

Security Architecture & Role Design:

Define the SAP security and authorization strategy for
Lead role design and role build strategy (business roles, technical roles).
Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and role rationalization initiatives.
Ensure security design aligns with business processes and internal controls
Segregation of Duties (SoD) & Compliance
Lead SoD analysis, remediation, and mitigation.
Coordinate with SAP GRC teams, audit, and compliance stakeholders.
Ensure project adherence to internal controls, regulatory, and audit requirements.
Prepare security sign-off artifacts for go-live.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with: Business process owners, SAP Security team,Audit, risk, and compliance teams
Communicate security risks, decisions, and status to project leadership
