Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes that align with both functional and process requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to define key performance indicators and characteristics of these processes. You will work closely with the Application Architect to develop a comprehensive process blueprint, ensuring that all business and design requirements are met. Additionally, you will participate in quality management reviews and provide education to stakeholders, fostering a complete understanding of the designs and their implications for application requirements and metrics.

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
