Summary:

As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting client needs and transforming them into unique and actionable solutions. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft proposals that not only meet client expectations but also align with business objectives. The day is often filled with strategic discussions, solution design, and ensuring that the proposed approach is both feasible and valuable to the client s goals. Continuous engagement with various stakeholders ensures that the solutions are practical, innovative, and tailored to deliver maximum impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Architecture Design: Defining the structure, components, and interactions of .NET-based applications and systems.
Technical Leadership: Guiding development teams, providing technical direction, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Solution Design: Creating detailed designs for software components and systems, considering factors like performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Code Reviews & Best Practices: Enforcing engineering best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality code.
Technology Evaluation: Researching and evaluating new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the .NET ecosystem.
Cloud Integration: Designing and implementing solutions that leverage cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, including cloud services, deployment strategies, and security considerations.
Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and other tech team, to ensure alignment on architectural vision.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining architectural documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and guidelines.
Mentoring: Providing guidance & mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Deep .NET Expertise: Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies
• Good To Have Skills: Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), cloud services and cloud-native architectures
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the .NET framework.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
• Experience in integrating diverse systems and platforms to create cohesive solutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in architecture design.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in .NET Architecture.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
