Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
• Strong knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and backup and recovery strategies within SAP HANA environments.
• Experience in managing database security, user roles, and authorizations to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Familiarity with database monitoring tools and automation scripts to optimize routine administrative tasks.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
