As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly assessing the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and defining effective business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, ensuring seamless integration across various functions. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing comprehensive business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, fostering collaboration and innovation across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to business processes.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Banking BA with SQL exp
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to develop detailed business cases and support strategic decision-making.
• Experience in translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
