Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The role also entails supporting organizational transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives. Collaboration across multiple teams and continuous assessment of business needs to ensure effective technology integration are key aspects of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business models to support strategic objectives.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management and SAP Inventory Management
- Must have skills and experience in the following areas of Inventory Management : Inventory management, reservations, Core Material Requirement Planning, stock transfer process, goods movements, material master, batch management, Physical Inventory, Configurations required for IM, Co-ordination with cross functional teams (ABAP, Fiori, security and basis).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Inventory Optimization Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and materials management principles.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and improvement techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management and SAP Inventory Management
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
