• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
• Strong knowledge of credit management processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP Financial Supply Chain Management modules.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile practices.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to credit management functionalities.
