Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technology implementations meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and operational success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new integration technologies to enhance solution delivery.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Prompt Engineering.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using Python.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop scalable integration architectures.
• Familiarity with API development, middleware platforms, and data exchange protocols.
• Competence in troubleshooting integration issues and optimizing system performance.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive technology solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
