You architect and build up the API pillar of the KNITE
program in the cloud – you are
joining us in an early project state and therefore have a lot
of opportunity to influence,
shape, and design
You ensure that cloud-based infrastructure and services
are utilized as efficiently as
possible across the KNITE program without creating silos
or knowledge islands
You champion practices like Infrastructure-as-Code and

Git Ops within the API:

Management platform and integrate it seamlessly with
surrounding infrastructure and
processes
You take on the role of a technical leader in your area -
for example, as a speaker on
conferences or summits
Design, build and run the API Management Platform and
its underlying infrastructure
with a mindset of true end-to-end responsibility
Translate non-functional requirements of connected
applications and developers using
the platform into core requirements for the platform itself
Support use cases of API developers, consumers and
governance stakeholders with
rigorous automation and self-service capabilities on the
platform
Alignment and maintenance of shared infrastructure and
templates with the other
KNITE products teams.

You have ample experience with at least one major cloud
provider – optimally AWS
You have an attitude to design solutions which favor reuse
over reinvention but are able
to come up with your own ideas to tackle entirely new
challenges
You have been working on an enterprise-level for multiple
years and are not easily
overwhelmed by large IT landscapes
You have experience with hybrid infrastructures, i.e.
connecting the cloud and the onpremise world in a secure
and reliable way
