Summary:

As a Salesforce Associate Director, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct regular system assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with low-code platforms and APIs.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with software release management processes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
