Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system irregularities and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, detailed analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and support business continuity in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system performance through innovative approaches.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards related to SAP environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within SAP GRC modules.
• Ability to analyze system logs and audit trails to identify root causes of problems.
• Familiarity with SAP security concepts, including role management and access controls.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective governance and compliance solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
