Summary:

As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function aimed at enhancing overall performance. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning processes to optimize efficiency. You will engage in discussions to define organizational components, ensuring that the solutions align with the strategic goals of the organization. Your role will require you to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and provide insights that drive effective decision-making across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions to ensure continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and service models.
• Experience with business process modeling and analysis techniques.
• Ability to utilize project management methodologies to drive project success.
• Familiarity with data integration and migration strategies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
